Q: How long will it take for me to receive my package? 
A: Items that are shipped from our warehouse leave within 2 - 3 business days. However some of our items ship from third party locations and will ship out within 5 - 10 business days. You will receive an email once your item ships with a tracking number so you can keep track of your package. 

Q: What is your return policy?
A: At Boho Baby we try our utmost to bring you quality products with style. However, we do understand that sometimes products may be different then you imagined. We accept returns within 14 days of receipt of shipment, with pre-authorization only! Please contact us and we will authorize a return shipment. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. In addition, our initial order shipping costs will not be refunded upon receipt of your return package.

Q: What is your monogramming policy?
A: We offer monogramming for most of our items. Please click on the monogramming option within the item and add the name or initial to the notes section of your payment. Monogramed items have a 7-10 day handling period before shipping. We choose the best coordinating font and color for your item. Monogrammed items are final sale and can not be returned. For monogramming font & color options, please email us and we will forward the information.

Q: Do you accept custom orders?
A: Don’t see what you’re looking for? What an item in a different color? Want custom monogramming options? Just email us and we will try to help you out to the best of our abilities.

Q: How can I keep current on new items, promotions, and sales?
A: At Boho Baby, we are always adding new exciting items to our website. Stay current by signing up for our email updates and following us on Facebook. We will be announcing promotions, giveaways, contests, and new items periodically. Signup and join the fun!
